Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 October 2026.
1. Operator and service
VEYTU is provided by TRIPL3 A GROUP LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16772756, registered office Suite 6705, Unit 3a, 34–35 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8DX, United Kingdom. Contact: info@veytu.tripl3a.co.uk.
VEYTU is a web application for organising conversations and speaking turns, not a private messaging service. The currently available service is a free pilot; no paid VEYTU subscription is currently sold.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating a conversation, accepting an invitation or using VEYTU, you agree to follow these terms and the Privacy Notice. Organisers must have legal capacity to accept these terms and should ensure appropriate supervision and permissions when including minors or groups subject to special rules. VEYTU is not directed at children under 13 without responsible supervision.
3. Rooms, organisers and invitations
Organisers control rooms, invitations and participation settings. Guests may join using a compatible browser without creating an account. Invitation links are private and should be shared only with intended recipients. Invitations may stop working after closure, revocation or expiry. Do not publish private links or bypass access controls.
4. Audio, privacy and conduct
Participants must respect speaking turns, moderation decisions and other people's rights. VEYTU transmits live audio when enabled and does not include built-in audio recording. Anyone recording externally or reusing a conversation's content is responsible for obtaining any legally required permissions and complying with privacy law.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use VEYTU for fraud, harassment, threats, unauthorised disclosure of personal information, unlawful activities, infringement of others' rights, exploitation of vulnerabilities, malicious code, unauthorised access or service disruption. We may restrict or end access when reasonably needed to protect people, the service, or comply with law.
6. Devices and availability
A compatible device and browser, internet connection and, for audio, microphone permissions are required. Adding VEYTU to a home screen is optional and is not a native App Store or Google Play download. Maintenance, networks and devices may interrupt service. Although the current pilot imposes no artificial fixed call-duration limit, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or audio quality. VEYTU must not be used for emergency communications.
7. Free pilot and future plans
The current pilot supports up to 12 participants per conversation, including the organiser, with guests joining free and no VEYTU subscription billing. Pro, Business and Business+, expanded capacities and advertised price indications are in preparation, not available contracts. Before introducing payments we will clearly show final price, taxes where applicable, renewals, cancellation conditions, refund rights and a working subscription-management process. Free use will not automatically turn into a paid subscription.
8. Intellectual property and user content
The VEYTU name, interface and software remain subject to their respective owners' rights. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable personal permission to use VEYTU in accordance with these terms. You retain rights in content you submit and must have permission to share it. Unauthorised resale, abusive reverse engineering or misleading use of the VEYTU identity is not permitted.
9. Personal information
See our Privacy Notice for information about processing and retention. Personal notes may remain on your own browser; VEYTU is not intended to be a permanent archive. Avoid sharing passwords, financial credentials or medical records in rooms or support requests.
10. Liability and statutory rights
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for disruptions caused exclusively by devices, networks or providers outside our control, or improper use by third parties. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory consumer rights. Any applicable statutory remedies continue to apply.
11. Service changes and leaving
We may change features, suspend the pilot or amend these terms for technical, legal or security reasons. Appropriate notice will be given of material changes, and acceptance obtained where required by law. You may stop using VEYTU at any time. Closing a room does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of all operational records, as explained in the Privacy Notice.
12. Governing law and complaints
These terms are generally governed by the laws of England and Wales without displacing mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Questions or complaints concerning VEYTU: info@veytu.tripl3a.co.uk.
