Cancellation & Refund Policy
TRIPL3 A GROUP LTD
1. Purpose & Scope
This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to services requested through TRIPL3 A Group Ltd(“TRIPL3 A”, “we”, “our”).
All services provided by TRIPL3 A are bespoke, concierge-led, and delivered strictly on a request-only basis, tailored individually to each client and assessed according to operational scope, availability, regulatory boundaries, and third-party coordination requirements.
Due to the customised nature of our services, standard refund expectations applicable to off-the-shelf products do not apply.
Nothing in this policy affects or limits any statutory consumer rights under applicable UK law.
2. Nature of Services
TRIPL3 A operates as a private coordination and concierge entity.
We do not operate as:

All services across Aviation, Yachting, and Automotive are delivered through:

coordination
third-party liaison
scheduling
presentation and facilitation
Services may commence prior to any on-site execution, including administrative, analytical, planning, and coordination work.

Once Operational Allocation has commenced, administrative and coordination resources have been deployed, and costs may already have been incurred.
4. Right to Cancel (Statutory Notice)
Where applicable under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations:
clients may retain a statutory right to cancel within 14 days unless service performance has commenced at the client’s request.
Where a client explicitly requests TRIPL3 A to begin services immediately, the client acknowledges that:
operational work may commence prior to the expiry of the cooling-off period; and
any refund entitlement may be reduced proportionally to work already performed.
5. Cancellation Principles
All cancellation requests are assessed:
on a case-by-case basis
